Join us for a beautiful Karva Chauth celebration at AoHO Community Center, where married women come together to observe this auspicious fast for the longevity and prosperity of their husbands.

- 5:00 PM: Welcome and registration
- 5:30 PM: Karva Chauth Katha (traditional story narration)
- 6:30 PM: Group puja ceremony with traditional rituals
- 7:30 PM: Moon sighting and fast-breaking ceremony

The Significance
Karva Chauth is observed on the fourth day after the full moon in the Hindu month of Kartik. Married women fast from sunrise to moonrise for the safety, health, and longevity of their husbands. The festival strengthens the bond of love and devotion between couples.

Dress Code
Traditional attire required. Ladies are encouraged to wear:
- Saree or Lehenga in festive colors (especially red)
- Traditional jewelry and solah shringar

Special guidance session at 5:00 PM for those observing Karva Chauth for the first time. Learn about all rituals, their significance, and how to observe the fast properly.
Family Welcome
While the puja is primarily for married women, husbands are invited to join for the moon sighting ceremony and dinner. Family members welcome for the community dinner.
Registration Required for meal planning and puja material arrangement. Limited spots available.
