- Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations): Learn the 12 powerful poses that energize the entire body
- Asana Practice: Master essential yoga postures including standing, sitting, and balancing poses
- Pranayama: Breathing techniques for stress relief, vitality, and mental clarity
- Meditation: Guided meditation for inner peace and mindfulness
- Yoga Philosophy: Understanding the ancient wisdom of yoga from Patanjali's Yoga Sutras

- 2:30 PM - Advanced asanas and variations
- 3:30 PM - Meditation and closing ceremony
