Join us for an immersive full-day yoga and meditation workshop at AoHO Wellness Center, Birmingham. Perfect for beginners and intermediate practitioners seeking to deepen their practice.

Workshop Schedule

10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Morning Session (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

  • 10:00 - 10:30: Registration & Introduction
  • 10:30 - 12:00: Hatha Yoga Asana Practice
    • Standing poses for strength and balance
    • Seated poses for flexibility
    • Backbends for energy
    • Forward bends for relaxation
    • Twists for detoxification
  • 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Pranayama (Breath Control)
    • Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
    • Kapalabhati (Skull Shining Breath)
    • Bhramari (Bee Breath)
    • Ujjayi (Victorious Breath)

Lunch Break (1:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

Healthy vegetarian satvik meal provided - specially prepared to support your practice

Afternoon Session (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Guru Ananda Sharma - 500-hour certified yoga instructor with specialization in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. 18 years of teaching experience. Trained in India at renowned ashrams in Rishikesh and Mysore.
